Hi, I’m Jo, the creator of Bespoke Bakes.

So, how did this all start? The answer to that? It just happened….I started baking and have never stopped!

Family and friends started asking for my cakes, recommending me to their friends and so it began.

I have a passion for making my clients dreams become a reality, I love nothing more than when they send photographs of their loved ones being presented with one of my creations, the look on their faces says even more than the fabulous testimonials they leave for me!

Using my ‘secret’ sponge recipe I make the cakes in a variety  of flavours to suit your taste (several if you wish!), cover them in fondant icing – coloured to your exact specification and then embellish with hand-crafted decorations.

With something for every occasion – and more – I guarantee you will come back time and again.
